We got the basement painted today. Adam tore out the old carpet on the stairs and primed them. Then I plugged along slowly while Cora and Adam played together upstairs. Aunt Em came over around noon and jumped right in. We all worked together during Cora's naptime and now, Adam's finishing the final coat. It's a beautiful white with just a hint on tan. It looks really great with the fireplace.
Tonight I'm going to go to Home Depot to put in our order for the carpet installation. It should be put in before baby boy's c-section date. Keep your fingers crossed!

Wow it looks great, I like that color, makes it look airy and spacious. Can't wait to see it!
Isn't coming along???!!! I'm so excited about having so much living space added to our home.
