Today Cora was feeling even worse than yesterday in the morning, so I made the decision to shift the bulk of today's work to Friday. I say bulk because I made a decision to take the kids on a field trip next week to the MN Orchestra to see "Carnival of the Animals." It's part of Cora's first grade music curriculum and we've got a book and cd to do until we go to experience it live.
The kids had fun yesterday. She doesn't look sick, but... I could tell her mind was not in the game as it usually is. Hopefully she'll be better tomorrow.
The kids have also spent a good deal of time today working on a spontaneous art project Henry developed. He created alligators.
